Clean rooms with efficient housekeeping.
The walls are incredibly thin, making it hard to enjoy peace, especially during the night. I also found the lack of air conditioning uncomfortable, as the room heated up quite a bit during the day. the breakfast was quite repetitive with little variety, which didn't meet my expectations for the price paid.

staff was super polite and helpful, location is really great, close to metro stations and lotsa sights. my room was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. the elevator worked fine this time too, which is good since i saw past reviews about it. felt comfy stayin there!
internet service could be better and the breakfast isn't worth the price.

missingWrote a review on 11 Junclean roomseasy metro accesselevator issues
Rooms clean, decorated nicely, and compact yet functional for a family stay. Proximity to multiple metro stations makes exploring the area a breeze.
The elevator on occasion drops out, requiring a hike up to the higher floors, which can be a workout. Breakfast options were somewhat repetitive due to the pre-selected menu, especially for longer stays, and air conditioning can be unreliable with noise disruptions during the night.

missingWrote a review on 16 Aprgreat locationattentive staffroom availability issuemisleading informationpoor management communication
The location stands out, with proximity to vibrant neighborhoods filled with restaurants, bars, and cafes. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor room availability and misleading information regarding parking, which was a significant inconvenience. While the friendly staff was eager to assist, the overall experience was overshadowed by unprepared accommodations that did not match promotional images. Cleanliness was consistent, but this couldn't compensate for the lack of communication from the management regarding room readiness.
